I'm guessing a 35 ft Hinkley Pilot Sloop.

To me looks a lot less than 35 ft. May be the overhangs deceiving the eye.

It looks like Arthur Robb's work. It's smaller then his Lion class sloops (most of them were yawls under the CCA) which was 35'.
