is this OPEN 70 design any good?

About me: I have not done any yacht design studies, nor do i know much about the design of yachts, I am a keen sailor and am fsinated by what makes a 'fast' boat... but i love design, and it takes up most of my spare time. I design on a program called "FREESHIP"

on the paramiters set buy 'the people who make the rules'
    LOA 20.5m
    max beam - 4.7-5.7m
    disp - 13.895-14 tonn

I have come out with two designs
and want to build a scale RC boat off the 'better' one

my two designs have different wetted surface areas, block coeficiants, prismatic...etc

which is the better boat? what are all these coeficiants?
    any help?

You work looks good. I too am not trained in design but enjoy doing it. I am designing a boat similar in concept to a Southerly swing keel between 45 and 50 feet. I haven't decided on much yet, but it will probably be constructed of foam cored carbon fiber or fiberglass. It will have twin rudders so it will be beachable. I plan to retire and sail the Great Lakes, the east coast of the US, the Bahamas and Carribean, the Keys, and the Gulf Coast. That's why I want variable draft. Keep us posted!

You cannot make a n RC model boat from a real boat design, they do not work. Model boats have far deeper and heavier keels than real boats and the hulls cannot be scaled down. Look up RC boats for more info
