It was only an example that I made up for a notional boat. You can only apply the method with at least three waterline sets of data.

If you only have one waterline set then you can't apply it unless you guessed the other two. But as you say you are looking at 1.5 T, I assume this is 1500 kg, you only have a range of about 55 mm in the draft. Any precise calculations would only be "gilding the lily".
