Help identify

Hi,
Can anyone help identify this boat? It's riding high on it's waterline because of the removal of the internal ballast, it's fiberglass, there's no engine and it has a wooden deck. That's about all I know about it. Someone help?

More info

The boat was last registered in Florida 2005 but first registered in Washington State as a home made boat in 1973. Anyone know who might have supplied the hull in the Washington area? The fiberglass is hand laid and is of a heavy build. The cabinetry has Pacific Northwest Indian designs carved into the door...
