Heeling Arm

I need your help - badly!

I have a photocopy of what looks like a print from a spreadsheet, where the stability of IMS-measured yachts is compared. The stability is calculated as the Dellenbaugh Angle using SA, RM20 and HA.
HA is of course the heeling arm of the sail configuration, but how is this calculated using only values from the IMS Rating Certificate? There is a formula on my copy, but the copy is of such poor quality that I can't read it.
