| Fiberglass Repair I have a 12"x 17" opening in the transom I want to close up where my outboard used to be. I have e z access to the transom thru the lazerette. Where do I begin? |

| Chamfer the edges of tthe transom5:1 externaly, then place apiece of formica faced ply over the apperture ,,from inside the lazarette start to lay -up into the preped area with 300gram CSM then continue with altenate layers o woven cloth and csm. finish offwith epoxy fairing compound and paint to your desired colour. good luck mike h |
