| Fiberglass or Aluminum Flagpoles Anyone ever try an aluminum or fiberglass flagpole as a freestanding mast? It seems that a round tapered aluminum mast is about the same thing as a flagpole. Mark  |

| I have seen just about everything from lamposts to tree trunks, it all comes down to the material properties and the section available as to whether it is suitable.
