Drag/Lift ratios for beachcats

Hello All,
I was reading about forces and pitchpoling at http://www.geocities.com/kustzeilen/...pitchpole.html
by Wouter Hijink,
In it the lift drag ratio used is 1,75. Walter continues to say this might be a bit high... (his words)
I'm wondering if anyone has som idea of what an apropriate figure would be.
More specifically for something like a F18HT compared to a F18. Or a M20 compared to a Tornado?
Any input appriciated
