| Downeast 38 Cutter I've just put in an offer on a 38 Downeaster and it's been accepted. However I've been looking all over the internet and havn't found a shred of data on the Downeaster. There is/was a website: www.downeaster.net which doesn't work. Please advise, I would especially like design and structural data etc... Thanx Jake |

| You can see what that site was like at various points in time by going to http://www.archive.org - for example http://web.archive.org/web/200203011...r.net/hull.htm There are lots of email addresses for 38 owners on that page - since they're old there will be some failures no doubt, but I bet at least a couple of them could help you out. Note that the "Internet Archive Wayback Machine" is a great site, but you sometimes have to give it a few tries due to heavy traffic or other reasons causing a failed connection, and not all pages of a site are archived. |
