Custom Paint color

I want to paint my deck to match my hull color. Can I use oil based tints to use with one part polyurethanes such as Interlux Brightside white to to achieve the shade I desire.

Yes they will work. White paint already has a lot of pigments, so all you can get is a pastel. For a darker color start with a neutral base.
