Given various commitments I can't see going far from Tasmania for at least 2 years, probably 3 so there's your time window. If you sail from where you live to here you'll likely need to do some mods & repairs when you get here anyway. My workshop is 100m from a very tidal high tide line (mud flat at low tide) but plenty of anchoring room out the front (at the moment anyway).
