Dear Super:

I have never heard of it before either. Perhaps I did invent it. Even if I did, I can see where this could be an important rating perameter in the near future as keels become more like long struts to hang ballast bulbs on. Such systems along with very light hulls that can be beamy without being heavy are the true key to speed in modern mono design.
