Cal 2-29

I have a 2-29 1976 and have some questions for other owners or past
owners
1. The bilge sump forward of the keel I want to fill it with foam and seal the top with resin. I think two bilge sumps is not right .
2. Lacation for a holding tank any ideas?
3. Boom's are they strong enough?
4. Under cockpit stress cracks and general support of the cockpit area.
I wnat add stringers to this and beef up the vertical support. The is long
and not support in the middle Thinking of stainless runnerrs 1/4 3" wide
keep it from flexing so much.

Any Ideas ?
thanks
Scott
