7,50m ('24-'25) trailerable cruiser-racer

Hy to all;
since some time I'm looking for a project of a '23-'24 cruiser-racer sailboat to building myself. It must be trailerable to allow easy spot change, wintering and moorings.
After long reflection, I tried to define some parameters:
- Marine ply/epoxy(multichine) construction, for easiness, costs and good overall weight to strength ratio;
- about 7,50m x 2,55m max (for trailering) and about 1200kg max;
- ab. 2m draft with centerboard (drop keel), reducing to ab. 40 cm, ev. side ballasts for performance;
- ab. 1,60m interior heigth and minimum accomodations
I love very much minitransats, so the the project should be in that direction, even if some compromises have to be done.
The only production boats I've seen in this direction is the Bepox 750 http://www.voiliersbepox.com/ ; but is wider than 2,55m.
I'm very interested in your opinion and very thankful about any suggestion.

Have you looked at the Didi 26 (http://www.dixdesign.com/26didi.htm) - it's a couple of feet longer but other wise meets most of your criteria. At least one has been built with water ballast tanks, and a few with 20cm raised freeboard to get the headroom up to 1.55m, like mine. There is a builders forum here : http://www.didi26.org/

I think it looks like a great little boat, and looks roomy for sure, and should be fast with that large rig.

Thanks to all for your replies;
I considered the Didi 26 and cavalier 800, both excellent boats. I found that Didi has has a more complicated building system (radius chine) than multichine and is narrow, it looks like more to be a regatta-boat than a really 4x4 of the seas; Cavalier has an internal ballast system that is very good for shallow water, but is less seaworthy. So I'm still looking for a design that can bring together a good sea behavior, good performance and easiness by building.
A very tricky point is to decide about overall beam: does a beamier boat (about 2,80 - 3m) have really better performances than a 2,55 m (trailable) boat? or are the differences not that far, so it is better to prefer a more easy to transort boat?

i've sailed on all the stealth 8ms in existence, and the 7.8, and for a floating caravan, they offer the best internal volume to speed ratio i've seen. apparently theres a new one almost finished that is improved on the previous design, should beat the pants off pretty much every sportsboat in aus, with the possible exception of the bethwaite no-bedders. stealths have 0.5m removable wings, so you get the benefit of trailer action, but still nice wide decks, and heaps of power with crew on the rail. hot boats. my advice is get one.

I'm not familliar with the Stealth either, but from the description it sounds like a Phuket 8.

His "pluto" design is pretty cool too. I want the cruising hull with the racing rig.
