49er or skiff line drawings

Has anybody found a link to good line drawings for a 49er or a modern high performance skiff? Thanks!

There's an excellent article on the work of Paul Bieker in the current (Dec-Jan) issue of Professional BoatBuilder <www.proboat.com>. Also, try Bob Ames <http://sailingsource.com/bana/>. There's also a guy named Whittaker (I'm forgetting his first name) who now works for Bruce Roberts <http://www.bruce-roberts.com/> and might be able to help you. You might also try contacting Bruce Kirby, or 49'er designer Julian Bethwaite.

name clarification

The name I was trying to remember is Hal Whittaker. He used to work for Mike Kaufman <http://www.kaufmandesign.com/>, and I understand now works for Bruce Roberts.

In England, Phillip Morrison is another person you might try. I think his partner is Spud Rosell and their company is Rosell/Morrison

I keep coming back to this with another thought - obviously it's an exciting area. Check out http://www.jutson.com/ (click on "racing monohulls" then on "18' skiffs")

I know what you mean. Skiffs and Moths are spectacular machines. Just requested the Professional Boatbuilder issue with Bieker's work in it. They have three Biekers at our sailing club and they are amazing machines. They can cross our Laser fleet going to windward pointing *very* high. They are also entertaining to watch going downwind.
