waterjet for passenger cat

Hey I got my passenger cat designed with waterjets.
The selection was done mainly based on various power speed thrust graphs
for waterjets , but i guess i missed something - the draft
requirement for efficient working of the waterjets.Somebody find me
a way with this draft aspect for waterjets.
Also i came across another method that selects engine first and then the waterjets.
Are the manufacturers catalogues for waterjets and engine available privately?
If so post their links. Plz
