It is a pretty complex system. Your best option is to look at patents. They have the designs with all explanations in great detail. What size are you looking for?

I don't know of anyone manufacturing something so small. It would take quite an effort to fabricate all the parts on such a tiny scale.

The hub of a 6cm diameter prop would be around 1cm dia. tops. To fit even the simplest system inside that is going to be a real challenge, something a clock smith could probably do.
