| transome plate gasket leaks Hi. I have a 26 ft chris craft crowne 262 with a 5.8 liter ford inboard with an omc cobra outdrive. The problem I have is the transome plate gasket needs to be replaced.I have 2 things I need advice on. First, what should I expect to pay to have the gasket replaced for me. Second, if i do the job does the engine need to come out.  |
