I currently have a 1982 sea ray. It has a 120 hp i/omercruiser. The floor is in rough shape back by the engine. I have allready removed the seats and i'm about to tackle the floor. My question is what is this i/o worth so i'm not wasting time. Some have told me the boat and trailer is worth $500 and some have told me the outdrive is worth 1500 as is. Which is closer to the truth.

The boat value is about $2,000.00 in fair shape. Deduct the repair, and it is worth maybe $600.00. A rebuilt outdrive with warranty is about.$1,850. A used one in unknown condition about $400.00
