Low RPMs RESOLVED

Took the boat to the dealer. He did a tune-up, did some decarbonizing of the engine (he said tons of carbon came out), acid washed the bottom, checked the fuel pump pressure. It is now running at 4800 RPM@ WOT at around 50 mph. Major improvement. Thank you all for your important input.
