Calculation Impossible?

Greetings.
Question from a friend of mine: I have a vessel with 960 hp, N = 300, 30 metres LOA, and I have to tow a weight of 200 tons diameter of 50 metres (filled with fish, x 200-300 miles) at speeds of up 1 node. You can make an approximation of T and PE required engine?
There can be cavitation?
Thanks
