hi everyone. i have a volvo 15 x 17 prop and a volvo 15 x 17 cupped prop. what is difference in relation to pitch with a cup. is the cupped prop equal to an 18 inch pitch or more.

It depends on the blade design. Are they both identical but one was cupped?

thanks gonzo, they are identical large blade volvo props except one has been cupped.

It is roughly one inch more pitch with cup.
