Prop efficiency

I am wondering what amount of propeller slip would be expected on my 28 ft Luhrs sedan bridge. 28 LOA 11'6" beam 11,500 lb disp. Modified V hull. 1.5:1 ratio V-drive turning 17x16 3 blade. Currently I'll get 13 mph at 3000 rpm, I do not have wot data to provide as of yet. I calculated 54% slippage??? That sounds a tad high. Any input?
