need to gain 2-3 mph

    I'm running a 30 foot race boat...slight v hull...550hp and 1.5 reduction....My wheel is a dynojet with a heavy cup 16-21.5
    Will I gain some speed with a smaller wheel with more pitch ? Speed is 66mph with the 16-21.5 prop
