    yes mate.

if the boat takes off then i'll have all the moulds there ready for use.

also i have a few people interested in buying hatches and gutters for the own boats so made sense to make a decent mould.

gutter mould is now all done.

just needs trimming up and a quick wet flat and polish.

next up will be making the hatch lids and moulds and then bonding in the gutters that are already made and build the deck up to thickness.

deck is now built up to thickness and glassed over the hatch gutter edges.

have made a start on making 2 hatch lids which when made will allow me to take 2 moulds off them and then i can make the other 2 lids from the new moulds.

this is how the hatches look sat in the holes.

i did make a f**k up on the gutter mould.

i put one of the hinges recesses in the wrong place on the smaller hatch lol.

sorted it today though so they can now be hinged but im still waiting on 6 hinges to turn up.

ordered them about 5 weeks ago and have to wait until the end of the month before they arrive.

you'll also notice extra set of hinge recesses in the centre of the deck.

they were put on the mould so i only had to make one mould instead of 2.

they have now been filled in with grp.

    length 19ft 6"
    beam 9ft
overall length with pod 21ft 6"

the deck space is massive for the size of boat.

have finally made a start on making the gunnels.

have put the hull mould outside for now.

got the gunnel mould waxed and polished over the last couple days.

got 2 gels on this morning and made a start on putting the first layer of mat on.

got the rear half done and will finish the front half tomorrow morning and then can start on the second layer.
