Hydrofoil multihull design

There's a new patent covering a method of incorporating hydrofoils into multihulls. The method provides improved stabilization and safety for the boat, and is particularly suitable for racing sailboats and power catamarans.

You can view the patent online at:

http://www.google.com/patents?id=_8v...ed=0CCgQ6AEwAA

The patent holder seeks boat builders interested in licensing the concept. Visit www.QuadMarine.com for contact info.

At the moment the company is not prepared to release details on the Quad 44, but interested builders can inquire about licensing the hydrofoil patent at the email address on the Quad Marine web site.
