help for setting up tugboats constrution system

I'm interested in finding a system for tugboat (supply vessels) construction which I can manage the project, for example: knowing the schedule of the project and timing delivery of the project.
Please e-mail me for any good ideas: cklau@tuongaik.com.my

What you describe is easily accomplished with something like Microsoft Project (part of Office pro edition).
If you have loads of cash around and don't know what to do with it, and want to tie this in with your CAD stuff directly, maybe something from Autoship?
