Wellcraft wet cabin

Hi....I recently purchased a 1995 Wellcraft Coastal 238 and I am having a problem with water on the cabin floor. The floor only gets wet after a run, not while it is on the dock. There is a drain hole in the back of the cabin under the consol where the water surges into the cabin, and it is also wet under the live wells. Does anyone if the cabin drain whole is a tube that goes to the transom (which is totally dry) or if it leaks into a middle compartment? Does anyone know if there is a forward bilge pump? Arer there any sites to get the original design of the hull?
Any help is appreciated.

the reason the water only comes in when you are moving is that its a powerboat, and the spraying water leaks in.dont know if this is useful info but if possible try going slower.
