the best I have ever seen were at Ijmuiden boat show last Sept
www.nolimitships.com
ok the bottom were corten, houses alu, BUT they could just as easily be all alu, they were extremely well finished too I found that the Dutch do not do a lot of al al work, and I was going to call these people offer my services, never got around to it.
Maybe they can offer some help, plans, or the name of the architect
cheers

We have a no Limits 54 in our Marina in Flensburg, incredible ship! SHIP, boats are different.
STU, I believe the Dutch build more Al Al per annum than Aus an Nz accumulated (Gouwerok, Royal van Huisman, Van Dam etc).
But No limits went for a clientele like Schelde Pilots and there a Corten hull sells better.
Regards
Richard

Jahh.. naturally they could, dunno why they have choosen steel, but think it was for the commercial customers, which are v e r y conservative in Holland.

Dear Fastwave,

We have designed a 9.5m RIB for coastguard/rescue operations which would suit your requirements. I will email the details to you.

My company has worked on many very successful RIB designs for various markets. I think the way to go is to have a new design that totally satisfies your requirements / specifications and thus makes full advantage of using Aluminium as a build material

I work with one excellent Ali Fabrication company on the Isle of Wight who maybe interested. Otherwise happy to work with other builders.

I will pm you further details.

Adam

Just to clarify,
we are looking for a yard that can provide the finished product. Due to time constraints we are not interested in a design only solution.

Thanks

As above I do work with one particular Aluminium boatbuilder on the Isle of Wight - but they are pretty busy - so unlikley to fit in with your time constraints.

Best of luck in finding the right package

This one is 8m aluminum, without platform and tube. Actually tube is not infatable but rigid foam.

Hello Wilco,
The RIB looks nice, but like a mentioned above the specifications cannot be changed. So we need twin inboard diesels driving Jets, and preferably a smaller cabin (easily done for Al construction).

I sent you an email earleier today but perhpas you did not receive it.

My email is cpashias@mc-mci.com

Let me know if you can make the mods
