| Wanted: 1966 Slickcraft SS165 or SS170 Seats My first memories of boating were on my uncles 1966 Slickcraft SS165 or SS170 outboard boat. The boat is has a white hull with red interior. I do believe it is an "SS" model. The boat is in nice shape and I can purchase it but the only thing that was changed was the seats. I am in search of these red seats or just the back shells. There were two front seats and either two or one rear seat. If you can help me find them I can restore an old memory. Please help me if you can. If you have any pictures of this boat that would be great also. ![]() |

| 1966 Slickcraft SS170 I have a 1966 Slickcraft 175. It has red fiberglass and white interior, and has a 110 hp Mercruiser Inboard/Outboard. There are absolutely no defects in fiberglass. Interior needs to be stiched in afew places, but have all the seats. Boat is original and intact. Engine starts right up. There are two double seats and two jump seats. The jump seats sit on either side of the engine box. All the glass and crome is intact. The only major restoration is needed in the interior. The fiberglass only could use a good buffing. I have a 1966 Holsclaw trailer with it. The mooring cover needs to be repaired. There is a 18 gal fuil tank in the bowl. Has alll Slickcraft emblems. For its age it is in great condition. ![]() |
