| volvo sp 290 I have an 1993 excel with a 4.3L and a sp 290 volvo. I chewed up some gears in the lower unit, needs replaced. Can anyone tell me what other models are compatable with a 290 upper (270, 280, etc). And How to I find what gear ratio is ideal with a 4.3L V6. I would like to find a used lower, bolt up and get back out on the water asap. Help appreciated.  |
