Ski boat rebuild

I am starting the refit on my 17' ski boat. I have to replace the transom, floor, and a few stringers. If anyone can tell me what the best material is for the transom and stringers, or advise me on what to use, I would be eternally greatful. Thanks

What are they made of now?

Floors and stringers in composite hulls usually form an integrated longitudinal-transverse grid that you'd replace all together. The sole is often treated plywood, but foam- or plywood-cored fibreglass are better. Stringers and floors are often wood-cored fibreglass; high-density closed cell rigid foams are better.
