You buys bring back memories I had a 70's 16' Super Sidewinder outboard. It was powered with a Mercury 115HP. This was back when stainless props were just coming out. I ran it with an OMC SST prop. Bauman Propellers of Houston rehubbed the prop. The color was blue metalflake with silver trim. Upholstery was white with blue trim. Carpet was a medium to dark blue. I had a lot of good times in that boat.

I have a 1972 14' Sidewinder that I restored. It did not have the chrome sidewinder script side emblems and I was wondering if anyone had two that they would sell me?

Do you still have the chrome side logos? If you do I would be interested.

Sidewinder help needed

Hi, Iam in the middle of restoring a 16' Super Sidewinder and need some bits and pieces. I am looking for at least one side emblem in any condition ( both would be great), the coast guard capacity plate for any 16 or 18 foot outboard model and the light sockets that mount to the back of the front nav light bezels. Any idea what max recommended HP would be for a 16'.

Thanks, Dave
