| Rhode Island Show I went to the Rhode Island boat show today and looked at the Bayliner 185. With the 2006 price increase on this model of 1500 dollars, if I wish to get it with a 4.3 instead of 3.0 and a bimini top, add dealer prep of 1100 dollars and sales tax and I am looking in the 18-19 K range. It seems for this price, you can buy a "step up" from Bayliner , such as a Glastron ...it sort of makes me shy away from Bayliner now that they made a major increase in prices, especially with the sales Glastron is having, making them very attractive in comparison.  |
