Up by Isla Carmen or down in Oaxaca?

I spend Nov-May in Banderas Bay, Nuevo Vallarta.

If you are in the neighborhood, I'll buy the beer.

I'm up by Isla Carman just south of Loreto. Won't make it to Banderas Bay this year. How is the rebuilt marina there this year. I spent some time there a fews years back moored between 2 pilings left over from the old marina that had fallen apart.
