Outboard Bracket on 22 walk

I have a 1984 Hydrasports 22 foot w/a. I am interested in installating an combination swim platform and motor bracket to carry (2) Johnson 150 h/p motors. I have gotton pricing from Armstrong $2,650. I belive that the fab shop that I work for could build this for less. I know that I want to use series 6000 1/2" aluminum for this project.
The question I have is does any know what should i use for design perameters or where i can obtain them? I plan to have a Floatation pod incorporated in to this unit.
