I am looking at a Searay Bowrider 1996 Model in GREAT Condition. 135Hp Mercury Outboard with 278hrs on the clock. How much more can i expect from this motor before any major repairs

She may go 1200 to 2000 hours or more. 278 hours since '96 isn't very much. Have it checked out good, outboards don't like to sit.
