Old metal fishing boat to be mounted with new outboard motor - help!

I have a boat from who know's when.... It's made of steel and has zero rust. I also have a newer, rebuilt outboard motor that is approximately 170hp that runs well. How hard will it be to completely install this motor/ignition into this old fishing boat? Will it even work? Can I pull a skier/tuber? Suggestions... help please! Thanks in advance
