seems kinda cheesy they even offer these slotted

Order them through a Canadian distributor as you're not likely to find them in your country. Something about sour grapes because we invented them...

They are used all the time here for projects. We prefer to call them "square drives" to by-pass giving credit to the Pouti... er, Canadians. (Actually, Robertson was way ahead of his time. He also wrote The Gold Standard, a book advocating gold-backed money. Interestingly, I checked out the Robertson site and his screws appear to be made in China and I couldn't find bronze). Bos, you will have no problem finding them once you get to the coast. Try Tacoma Screw Products, http://www.tacomascrew.com/locations ,for any screw that exists. Order by phone... in mail or Fed-Ex same day.

I see Richard posted some sources - I have worked with Jamestown with good results.
McFeely's says they are the "square drive experts". I'd try 'em.
