Ok I don't own it

now to find a place to store it till I can get to her

now to do a little raised panel and glass around the pilot house and extend the trunk cabin as well as run some ducting back there from the heater

that and fix a few planks and stringers

does anyone know why they dont seem to make silly bronze screws with Philips heads
seems kinda cheesy they even offer these slotted

anyway
its the end of one road and the beginning of another. Am hoping I can augment my income maybe doing private tours of the ketchikan area or water taxying or something

Congratulations Boston, bloody high time too. 380 posts and 26 forum pages later. Good grief.

I like your boat. It looks neat and the woodwork and finishing looks very classy.

What's the next decision and how many pages for that

As soon as Richard says it's ok to use discarded lumber and plywood found at building sites,I'll start making a passage maker

Use silly bronze with robertson heads!

Order them through a Canadian distributor as you're not likely to find them in your country. Something about sour grapes because we invented them...

Congratulations on your boat purchase. You must be very happy.

Fantastic

I am so happy for you
one of the websites had a lot of pics of her inside and out
I saw them all and I love the project, love the way the back seat folds away to make the entry aft, and the "traditional" galley

oh well - beautifull
god bless and buckets of fun
Manie

They are used all the time here for projects. We prefer to call them "square drives" to by-pass giving credit to the Pouti... er, Canadians. (Actually, Robertson was way ahead of his time. He also wrote The Gold Standard, a book advocating gold-backed money. Interestingly, I checked out the Robertson site and his screws appear to be made in China and I couldn't find bronze). Bos, you will have no problem finding them once you get to the coast. Try Tacoma Screw Products, http://www.tacomascrew.com/locations ,for any screw that exists. Order by phone... in mail or Fed-Ex same day.

I see Richard posted some sources - I have worked with Jamestown with good results.
McFeely's says they are the "square drive experts". I'd try 'em.
