Need help to start power boat building business

I am just about to retire and looking for the job of my life. I want to start a small company to build power boats for fishing and leisure. I am looking for a quality start up. Design must be A ++, finishing and reliability must be unmatched. I am from the Arabian Gulf and the business opportunity outlook is very very positive. Looking for a tip or a partner to help me start this business. Technical know how is the only thing needed. Mold and manufacturing material, for example. The rest is for me to provide. Please let me know your thought
