Mounting console on small RIB

I'm currently refitting a 4.2m RIB with a new jockey console and bench seat. Previously, items had been screwed down with large self tapping screws through the deck and some form of filler liberally applied (yuck...).

Does anyone know of any blind bolt type fixing for this purpose? I'm thinking of expanding Rawlbolt type items abvailable here in England for cavity wall fixing. However these do not appear to be available in stainless steel.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Thanks

Nick

PS thanks for all the posts on "miracle hydofoils"!
