Mercury 240 HP EFI 3Cyl V6 Motor Required

Hi there,

I just bought a 2001 Sea-Doo Challenger boat with the Mercury 240 HP EFI 3 Cylinder V6 motor in it. I bought the boat in a non running condition, however was not told what the extend of the damage was. My worst fears have been confirmed when I seen the 2" x 1" hole in the lower part of the block. I have been desperately seeking a used motor or block for this boat, however short of flying to mars am unable to track anything down. Dont really care where it is located aslong as it is in the western hemisphere. Can anyone direct me to where I can find parts or if at all possible repair the hole in the block and rebuild this one.

Please e-mail me to toolm8kr@aol.com

Thanks, Andy
