FOCUS:
As in previous years, MACC provides a forum for open exchange of information and technology between the government and the maritime community. MACC 2004 will explore the Department of Defense acquisition policy, procedures, processes and current and future requirements for boats, craft and related systems. Topics will also include the relationship between capability needs determination, resource allocation, new technologies, and acquisition programs.
