I saw a show on Ken Warby breaking the speed record in the late 70’s. What has happened since then? Have there been other record challenges in the last 25 years?

Interesting to see the similarities in the models.

Also interesting to see the timeline from the http://www.quicksilver-wsr.co.uk/ site and how much of a gap there was from Warby's record to the present. I wonder by how much they'll be able to break the record or if the laws of physics have determined that that is the max before you have an airplane :)

    Ken Warby - WWSR

Hi guys, Huge money is being invested in the American Challenge (US) and Quicksilver (UK) projects. Both projects are investing their money into reverse three-point designs. This design has not proved (in the past) to be a winning design, Hmmmm?

If I had to place money on the projects ... I'd have to go with Warby's design.
