RIB design & Technology and moulds

Dear Seknas,

Explorer Marine build RIB s from 4.5 to 10 metres in three differing moulds.
1) 15 degree deadrise SPORTS models for a very fast and stable ride.
2) 22 degree deadrise hulls of the DIVE model for rougher waters and heavier loads
3) 28 degree deadrise XTREME hulls for very gentle rides in rough waters.

All our boats are very wide - the smallest are 2480 mm wide up to the largest at 3300mm wide to give plenty of space inside. The square bow and the special hull shape give a very dry ride.

We would be pleased to talk about building our boats with you. We do not have any "old" moulds for sale, but we could make new moulds for you to make our boats under licence. You could also make our designs of console and seats and we can train you on how to fit the tubes of the boat.

How many staff do you have? How many boats do you build each year?

Where are you based in relation to the container shipping ports?

I look forward to hearing from you

Regards

Hugh Mattos C.Eng. M.I.Mech.E.
