Has anyone seen a propane outboard?

An Australlian company is developing LPG conversion kits which are supposed to make 90hp - 250hp Yamaha outboards more environmentally friendly and also supposedly up to 40% less epensive to operate: http://www.lpgtech.com.au/outboards.htm
