The cost of replacing my lower unit hydraulic pump on my 25 year old 115 hp Johnson is not worth it. The only time I need the motor lifted is when I take my 20' four winds out and I think I nearly pulled my back out today lifting this by hand I just ordered a $59 hydraulic hand pump and plan to adapt it to my engine lifting piston
