Dont forget to inspect boat before first use of the year

a photo of a beachcraft day cruiser that the owner didnt check the condition of his transom seal before starting up for the first time (The boat sat in the water all year, but the transom seal had deteriorated to the point that starting the engine caused it to split) this memoral day weekend(I am hoping to obtain the boat for salvage parts)

After sinking the owner abandoned the boat, and the county towed it in and dragged it up the ramp upside down
