Comfortable seats for a guide boat - Attwood Centric SAS?

I just bought a new 22' center console Koffler boat for guiding on northern California rivers. My customers will be sitting in their seats most of the day and the standard Fish-On seats just weren't impressive. Also, we will be traveling at reasonably high speed through bumpy water, so the ability to take a bit of a shock, especially for older customers is important.

The seats will be mounted on boxes (only dry storage for customers) so post mounts are out of the question.

I'm looking at the Attwood Centric SAS seats ($279@Cabelas). The pitch sounds good. Has anyone tried these seats or...any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Bill
