Clearance between hull and propeller

How much clearance should I use between tip of propeller blade and hull. How about tip of rudder blade and hull? Thank you.

Prop manufacturers recommend Min.clearance (tip of blade) to Hull be 10 - 15% of Prop Dia.
Never saw a requirement for Rudder. Controlled by rudder design. Within reason, I would locate as close as posible. Not so close, where small debris could interfere with operation.
